Scope Of This Policy
This policy explains how Dibb Media LLC ("Dibb Media", "we", "us") handles personal information in connection with the website at dibbmedia.com (the "Site"), and how we handle personal information provided to us directly by clients and prospective clients outside of the Site.
Information We Collect Through This Site
The Site is a static, informational website. It contains no contact form, no enquiry form, no booking or scheduling tool, no account registration, no payment function and no newsletter signup. As a result, we do not collect any personal information that you actively submit through this Site, because there is no mechanism on the Site through which to submit it.
We do use one third-party analytics tool, Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move through the pages. It captures mouse movement, clicks, scrolling and page sequence, together with technical details such as browser, operating system, screen size, referring page and an approximate location derived from your IP address. That information is processed and stored by Microsoft under its own privacy terms, and we review it only to work out which parts of the site people actually read.
Clarity sets cookies in your browser, but only after you allow it: it is not loaded at all until you press Allow on the consent banner, and declining stops it from ever running. Our Cookie Policy names the cookies, explains what each one does, and sets out how to change your choice.
Apart from Clarity, we run no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags and no visitor de-anonymization tools. Fonts, images and every other asset are served from our own domain, so no other third party sees your visit.
Information Collected Automatically By Our Hosting Provider
Like nearly all websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested. These logs may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the page requested, the referring address and the date and time of the request. This information is used to serve the Site, to keep it available and secure, and to diagnose technical faults. It is retained by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule, and we do not use it to build a profile of you or to identify you.
Information We Collect Outside This Site
Dibb Media works with clients by invitation. In the course of an engagement, or in discussions leading up to one, we may collect personal and business information directly from you, including your first and last name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, business details, billing information, payment card information and EIN. That information is provided to us directly by you or your organization, not gathered through this Site.

- To provide information, materials or reporting requested by a client.
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights under any contract between us, including billing and collection.

Dibb Media does not sell, rent or lease its client lists or personal information to third parties.
We may share information with trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, payment processing, accounting and advertising platforms used to run a client's campaigns. Those providers are prohibited from using personal information except to provide services to Dibb Media, and are required to maintain its confidentiality.
Dibb Media may disclose personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served upon Dibb Media or the Site, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Dibb Media, or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public.

While we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the internet that are beyond our control, and that the security, integrity and privacy of information exchanged with us cannot be guaranteed.
Your Rights And Right To Deletion
Subject to the exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you we will delete your personal information from our records, and direct our service providers to delete your personal information from theirs.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with a request to delete your personal information where it is necessary to:
