Membership Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of January 1, 2025, by and between:

Dibb Media, DBA Sniper Sales, hereinafter referred to as “Community,” operating through https://dibbmedia.com with a principal business address in St. Cloud, Minnesota 56303, and all current and future members of Sniper Sales (hereinafter referred to as “Member”).

By accessing, browsing, or using the Website or selecting “I Accept” during registration, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Nature of the Service
The Community is a private, digital membership network offering educational tools, training sessions, and collaborative engagement between entrepreneurs and professionals. Members of Sniper Sales may access Zoom trainings, written forums, live calls, and mentorship sessions managed by the Sniper Sales Community leadership.

All courses and content marked “free” are exclusive to members. No part of the content may be distributed, shared, sold, or repurposed externally—this includes screen recordings, downloads, or repackaging—even with consent. See our Terms of Use for legal restrictions.

Dibb Media reserves the right to revoke access, suspend, or terminate any member account without warning or refund for violations of community rules or misuse of materials.

The Sniper Sales Partnership Program is subject to internal vetting. Payment for entry into the partnership program only guarantees consideration, not acceptance. Partnership decisions are made solely by the designated team. Questions may be directed to [email protected].

All paid digital products are non-refundable, whether consumed or not. Access is permission-based, and rights may be revoked at any time for non-compliance.

2. User Registration and Information
Members agree to submit accurate, current information at registration and keep their profile updated. Each Member is responsible for safeguarding login credentials and any activity conducted under their account.

3. Content
Content posted by Members (e.g., comments, uploads, or media) may be used by Dibb Media for internal or marketing purposes unless otherwise restricted. By submitting content, the Member grants Dibb Media a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and adapt that content.

4. Release
By joining, Members release Dibb Media and its affiliates from liability related to disputes, content, or interactions with other members. All participation is voluntary and at the Member’s own discretion.

5. Privacy
Dibb Media does not sell or rent personal information. Data is stored securely within the U.S. and may be accessed internally for account administration or technical support purposes. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.

6. Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify Dibb Media, its staff, and partners from any claims, losses, or legal costs resulting from Member actions, content, or violations of this Agreement.

7. No Agency
This Agreement does not create any legal partnership, joint venture, employment, or franchising relationship.

8. Termination
Members may request account deletion. Upon termination, digital access is revoked, and any content shared within the Community may be retained in archives. Paid fees are non-refundable upon cancellation.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Arbitration
Disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in St. Cloud, Minnesota, in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Limitation of Liability
Dibb Media is not liable for actions or content of other members. The Member assumes all risk when interacting with or consuming content within the Community.
